I got lice in my hair a few months back and I used a product called ‘delicet’ and it worked a treat - no more lice. It doesn’t involve combing and it works a treat on dreadlocks.
I’ve also heard that rubbing alcohol and vinegar and anything else that will suffocate the bastards works just as well, but I do believe that delacet destroys the eggs too.
